We had an issue with our room but was offered an upgrade immediately. We declined this as it was possible to resolve the issue and the room was perfect. We had a great stay and an excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff extremely helpful. No problem getting information, how to get to hotel or elsewhere (friendly and courteous). Bus stops right in front of hotel from Heuston

Excellent location, very friendly and professsional staff. An issue with cleanliness of bath on arrival, reported to front desk but unfortunately was not dealt with. However, we received a discount on departure. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Location to all amenities was excellent. No complaints with the staff. All courteous and helpful. The breakfast and bar food excellent. We have stayed many times and never had any complaints and will be back again shortly.

Wonderful central location with lovely breakfast on offer each morning. Really liked how breakfast ran until noon on the weekends, a very nice perk. Only thing I would have wished for was a swimming pool but you can't have everything. :)
