Spa Breaks Terms & Conditions:
Deposit, booking fee and remaining balance for Spa Break bookings are payable in Euro Only.
1. This promotion is subject to promotional availability at participating hotels in Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
2. The price of €79/£69 per person sharing is based on bookings for two adults sharing a twin/double for a one night stay only.
3. The offer includes Bed & Breakfast, one evening meal and one Spa Treatment. The specified spa treatment(s) will be carried out in the Hotel Spa or by a dedicated beauty therapist appointed by the hotel.
4. Hotels will provide customers with 1 beauty treatment pps (minimum: retail value of €30). Treatments are non transferable. To upgrade your treatment, customers pay for the higher value treatment direct to the hotel less €30.
5. Offer includes full Irish Breakfast and one ‘table d`hote’ dinner.
6. Additional service or other charges incurred by the guest must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
7. Bookings must be made online at www.heatonshotelbreaks.com. A card booking charge of €2.95 (£2stg) will apply.
8. If a booking is being made online, preferred treatments for each customer from the specified list must be mentioned in the Special Requests box at time of booking.
9. To book your break log onto www.heatonshotelbreaks.com and enter your voucher number. Select your €79/£69 break, location and dates of travel and a list of available hotels will come up. Alternatively you can call the booking line on 0818 242 011 (ROI) or 0871 277 5773 (NI) to make a booking
10. Please note bookings made through our booking line will incur an additional operator service charge of €4(£3.50stg).
11. Booking Deposit – give your Credit or Laser Card details when booking online. A 12.5% booking deposit including a VAT rate of 23% (€24.29) plus a €2.95 card processing fee will be charged to your account on booking and the balance (€133.71) is payable to the hotel on departure from your break along with any additional purchases. A debit for the amount of €27.24 will appear on your Card statement payable to Bookassist. Please note in the event of a cancellation the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.
12. HOTELPOINTS™ cannot accept responsibility for any alternative discounted offers with any of the hotels at the time of booking.
13. This Spa Break Promotion is managed by HOTELPOINTS™, a division of WIN | WIN Ltd (www.hotelpoints.ie). Customers who complete a HOTELPOINTS™ booking may be contacted in the future about similar offers and promotions.
